Repurposed fight night canvases for boxing clubs

Ringcycle is an innovative initiative committed to breathing new life into the equipment used on a Matchroom fight night. Through this programme, we aim to recycle and repurpose the very ring canvases that witness the action under the bright lights, transforming them into valuable resources for amateur boxing clubs most in need. This effort is more than just about recycling; it’s about reinvesting in our communities and empowering the next generation.

Thanks to our partners at Everlast, Drip, Ringcraft and Standbuilder, each participating club will receive a comprehensive care package – which, along with the ring canvas itself, will include a range of boxing equipment, boxing ring accessories, golden Drip water cases, event backdrops, signed posters, Matchroom merchandise, and much more. Each care package will also be specially delivered by a member of the Matchroom Boxing stable.

By repurposing iconic ring canvases, we aim to inspire the next generation of boxers by giving them a piece of the action that has shaped the sport. These canvases carry the energy and history of fight night and when placed in community gyms, they become a powerful symbol of achievement and possibility for young athletes. Reusing these canvases is more than just a nod to sustainability; it’s about instilling pride and ambition in future champions.
